Project for a public equipment at the Taquaral Park, Campinas. The project houses Comdema's headquarters, with offices, meeting rooms, etc. It also houses an assembly room for popular advice and consultation and an exhibition gallery, including all the facilities for these uses: cafeteria, changing rooms, bike rack.
The architecture was fully planned within bioclimatic principles in order to have a positive environmental impact, expanding the existing water surfaces, enhancing plant diversity, and generating more electrical energy than it consumes.
The project sews together parts of the park that were previously segregated, with a new waterway that crosses the central atrium and connects its two lakes, creating new inviting paths for the users to move through the park.
